Yoga Nidra
This Yogic Sleep meditation technique is designed to foster conscious relaxation. You will find deep tranquility as you begin to calm a restless mind. This meditation is best practiced lying down.
Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR)
In this meditation you will be asked to tense and relax your muscles, mindfully paying attention to what it feels like to be tense and what it feels like to be relaxed. The idea is that when your body can relax so can your mind.
Visualization
In this meditation you will use imagery to instill peaceful feelings. This image can then be used anytime you are looking to calm down and de-stress.
Self Inquiry
In this meditation you will look inward, understanding who you are and what you want and need. This process of introspection allows you to get in touch with yourself and deconstruct negative habits and limiting beliefs.
Gratitude
In this meditation you will use appreciation to enhance your overall well-being. According to the latest research, grateful people experience higher levels of satisfaction and health and lower levels of stress and depression.
Goal Setting
In this meditation you will begin mindfully attending to what you want. Goal setting helps you visualize exactly what you hope to manifest in your life and is one of the first steps in creating the life you truly desire.
Calm
In this meditation you will use your breath to help settle your nervous system and train your brain to be more focused, engaged and less reactive.
Body Scan
In this meditation you will mindfully bring attention to various parts of your body to invite a feeling of relaxation from the inside out. We often hold a lot of tension in our bodies that impacts our minds. If you can learn to relax your body, you can learn to relax your mind.
Affirmations
In this meditation you will use positive self talk to help you build confidence and encourage positive thinking. What you think about grows, so focusing on the good will grow the good.
Sleep
In this meditation you will find a place of deep rest that allows for a smoother transition to sleep.
