Disordered Eating in Adolescents - Free CE Course - Joon
Disordered Eating in Adolescents
Body image concerns and disordered eating are common in adolescents and young adults. Disordered eating has become more complex in presentation due to social media and can be seen across all body types, ethnicities, races, and ages. This program will review DSM-5 diagnosis, assessment, and intervention for disordered eating with adolescents and young adults. Practitioners should leave this training ready to incorporate assessment and intervention of disordered eating into their clinical practice for clients appropriate for outpatient care.
